The penthouse is a part of the third stage of the billion dollar resort-style Woolooware Bay waterfront community in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, featuring one, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a host of facilities like rooftop cinema, private residents club and rooftop pool, gym, sauna, spa and resort pool.
The Woolooware Bay Town Centre will also feature a revitalised Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club, a shopping centre with full-line supermarket, casual food and sit down dining, and boutique commercial spaces.
The project was originated by Capital Bluestone and landowners Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club. In 2019, Aoyuan International acquired Capital Bluestone and will complete the final two stages of the billion dollar development.
This will be the first time Quantify’s tech solution has been used in a project by Aoyuan International.
Quantify’s easy-to-use, simple-to-install smart home solution will enable Woolooware Bay’s stunning Crest penthouse to have control of devices, appliances, lights, air conditioning, blinds and curtains from anywhere, anytime, with touch, app or Amazon Alexa voice control.
The inclusion of Quantify’s smart home technology marks the innovative direction Aoyuan International is heading, as it continues to expand its Australian footprint.
Harvey Norman Commercial Division (HNCD) is a stocking distributor of Quantify’s solution and has their own department dedicated to smart technologies. According to HNCD Smart Technologies Manager Kris Leffler, Quantify’s devices will help Aoyuan International create stand-out appeal for Woolooware Bay’s Crest penthouse.
“Having Quantify’s products installed in the penthouse of Aoyuan International’s latest development solidifies the Quantify brand and what their devices are capable of, in a high-end apartment setting,” Kris said.
Since debuting in the Australian market in 2015, Aoyuan International, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed China Aoyuan Group, has secured around 10 projects, including the ultra-luxurious One30 Hyde Park Sydney project and Woolooware Bay.
Aoyuan International built its Australian operations on the strength and dedication of its local team, strong economy, booming housing market and safe environment. Several more projects are in the pipeline.
Aoyuan International also has business in Canada, Macau and Hong Kong.
